The once-bustling and lively scenes have momentarily quieted. At present, time stands still on the Tai Pak Seafood Restaurant as it awaits restoration and reopening to regain its charm. Visitors can now join guided tours to explore the past and present of the Tai Pak Seafood Restaurant, experience the unique features of the Aberdeen Typhoon Shelter, and visit exhibitions held on the water.
The landing piers at Shum Wan and Aberdeen have been renovated. We plan to continue the historic mission of the Shum Wan Pier by providing it as an excellent venue for hosting events or exhibitions. Additionally, we aim to transform Sham Wan Pier into a trendy photo spot to attract more visitors. Whether for cultural activities or leisure and entertainment, Shum Wan Pier is a location full of charm. The pier also features twelve light-boxes available for advertising displays.
